Refunds & Returns

We print every product just for you - which means we don’t accept general returns. But if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons like wrong size, colour, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

If your item is eligible for a refund, we’ll review your request and notify you by email.
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is not required unless we specifically request the item to be sent back. In most cases, photos are sufficient to process a refund or replacement.
